- Meaningful work with nice people - Absolutely amazing flexibility for many roles, especially those in the field (care manager, nurse care manager) - Important opportunity to support family caregivers who provide a significant level of care at home for an family member or friend who is aging or has a physical or cognitive disability (adult foster care) - Recent reorg/strategy/growth driving new positions and promotions from within - Mission-driven leadership (really) - Documented progress on increasing diversity

Pros

Rewarding work, some supportive team members, remote work, overall a decent job if you keep to yourself and have moderate expectations. They sell you a mission, but once you start you realize that doesn't really exist. Very metric focused and due to staffing changes those metrics can be unattainable at times unless you sacrifice the quality of your work which management will encourage you to do to 'maximize efficiency'

Cons

Increasingly high case load, constant office drama- easy to avoid but certain coworkers and managers will focus more on 'team culture' but really they just want to gossip and ensure you fall in line with their 'side'
