We understand that the pace of training felt fast and that some of the calls presented challenges, especially when customers were unsure about the service or when the role felt more like sales. We recognize how these factors can impact your day-to-day experience, and we are actively working to improve our training processes and better prepare our team members for the variety of situations they encounter.
We also hear your concerns about the nature of the calls and how the volume and content can feel repetitive or monotonous. Balancing productivity with meaningful engagement is important to us, and we continue to explore ways to make the work more engaging and rewarding.
