Pros

Great to work for, easy to understand metrics, can switch hours out with coworkers easily as much as you need to

Cons

Insurance too expensive, not enough pto, and a dead end position, there are no pay increases at all period, no matter how great you do, not even 1% annual, literally zero.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being part of the Carenet Health team for over a year. We’re glad to hear you find the metrics clear, enjoy the flexibility of switching hours with coworkers, and value the overall work environment. We also hear your concerns about PTO, insurance costs, and compensation growth. These are important factors in the employee experience, and your suggestions around increasing PTO and implementing annual or merit-based raises are appreciated. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our leadership team as we continue to evaluate benefits and rewards for our employees. Thank you for your continued dedication and for helping us identify opportunities to improve the experience for everyone at Carenet.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
