Pros

Quick hiring process, friendly recruiters

Cons

Low pay Little communication from management Frequent mandatory overtime, including weekends Micromanagement Do not let the recruiter fool you - this job is basically a sales position that acts as a telemarketing company. You are only provided a week of training. The company also utilizes AI so go figure.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
