The call center side of things are great

The corporate side of the company lacks vision and direction in my opinion - they really make things up as they go along in my opinion when it comes to offering service solutions to customers. Having worked there, be aware that corporate policy and practice is to record all calls without notifying the outside parties of such - so if you are not used to that, beware. In opinion maybe some federal laws are being ignored there but who knows for sure.
