Pros

They paid you on time.

Cons

The Brook City Base location is the worst. There were a couple of fights in the building, management is very negative and play favoritism. The management is extremely unorganized. They kept changing our lunch breaks and even went above and beyond to tell you breaks and lunches are a privilege and not required.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we apologize for the negative experience you've had. It’s certainly not consistent with the Carenet Health culture. We train our managers to respect and listen to all team members—it’s a critical part of how we operate as an organization. We want and need each team member to feel comfortable expressing ideas and discussing issues. We’d love to talk more about this privately, if you’ll consider reaching out. Simply contact our People Services team. Thanks again.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
