Pros

Flexible scheduling. Kind coworkers. Some autonomy.

Cons

Only give 10 minute breaks. Way, WAY too many processes for different accounts. Dishonest, outsourced interviews with foreign consultants that were an hour long a piece. Care more about phone call metrics than patient care. Expect weekly meetings discussing metrics. They have every piece of your time broken down into percentages. Nurses are forced to use unproductive scripting and to do forced 911 calls with people who are alert/ speaking and in the right state of mind, costing patients thousands of dollars instead of allowing them to refuse that advice.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
