      Pros

      I had a great experience at Carenet for three years. Free drinks and coffee with a nice employee breakroom. The company is small enough where everyone knows everyone, but profiting enough to have great bonuses too. Just for showing up to work everyday!

      Cons

      There are times when projects are ending that people get nervous about what they will do for work, even though most everyone is reassigned to another project, usually within the same day.

      Pros

      Carenet is a very supportive company, whether it be tech issues, personal issues, guidance....anything I have needed help with even if it was just to listen and lift me up positive, EVERY manager/ EVERY person I have had to have contact with in one way or another with the company, has been so helpful and there for me. That means more to me than they will ever know. I have worked many places, even into Management in my life, and have NEVER felt valued or appreciated in a way that Carenet has been here for me. I have been here one year, and it has been one ride on top of another....and they have been here for me 100 %. EVERYONE in the company I have had encounters with in anyway has made working here such a blessing in my life, and I am so thankful for the company and every manager that has helped or guided me, or even just was there during difficult times just to listen and be supportive. Carenet is hands down the best company ever.
