Pros

Remote position, some of the team members were very nice.

Cons

No autonomy, strict guidelines on how to handle calls, required to say certain words on the phone call or receive low score, calls are graded and you have to say certain words to meet the criteria to pass, not allowed to leave desk at anytime unless it’s a break. Horrible PTO, difficult to get any time off, micromanaged, the training is too many things and you can’t absorb all the material, new changes everyday from the many offices you covered you are required to know everything, the office staff that carenet was hired through were not helpful, all the responsibility falls on nurses, when you do a good job it isn’t noticed only the bad things are pointed out constantly.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Where do I even start. Management is awful. The managers don’t actively take calls so they have no idea what we are dealing with and don’t know how to help us properly. Our leadership decided to change our pay and the incentive is so hard to attain due to no fault of our own. Calls don’t come in fast enough, there is constant technical issues and most calls that do come in are voicemails. They treat their employees like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They also took away our paid holidays. We had to work July 4, Labor Day and more than likely Memorial Day. Work/life balance here is non existent.
