Pros

There are absolutely zero pros. Well, I guess the pay isn't terrible, but still not worth the crap you would have to put up with.

Cons

Every day there are call ins, no shows and lates. Staff basically shows up whenever they want thanks to their loose occurence policy. But the staff that does come in is extremely overworked. Im talking like 15 patients to one aide on a good day. Staff is very rude and non cooperative with each other. You are constantly hounded about picking up extra shifts? Basically no floor orientation. Most of the aides told me they got two days tops. I did one day and then was alone for an hour before breakfast to get 10 people that I barely knew up!
