      Major layoffs in 2023 Corporate doesn’t much care about customers like Cargill formerly did. There used to be a passion in the way customers were valued.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
