-Complacent leadership that is disconnected from what it is really happening within the organization. -Outsourcing many professional roles to India and other 3rd world countries/service centers which has reduced efficiency and accuracy. -Constant fear of layoffs and low morale. -Poor leadership within departments and no career development. -Company has changed drastically over the last 10 years and has gone downhill. No longer an enjoyable place to work. All they care about is the bottom line and making money for the shareholders/family. -Huge initial learning curve to navigate the company.
