Disappointing experience with poor management and no communication - Production Manager Cargill Employee Review

Not aligning with " guiding principles" Put people first etc. After several transformation big lay offs, no communication. The new managenent is not professional and corrupt. No internal career opportunities. New joiners are getting bigger position than who is working for a company for ages. Overall experience is disappointing regarding the employee experience.
