Pros
Overall Cargill is a great place to work & the people I've met along the way are what has kept me there over the years. The culture is very safe, ethical & just all around mid-west nice. Cargill also has a great reputation & sometimes employees may take the name for granted, but it's true when you tell customers you work for Cargill & they know who you are & that you are a reliable supplier.
Cons
They are a very conservative company & it takes a lot time & effort to get things done. Their are a lot of layers to each business so it's hard to drive change quickly. They in the middle of a restructure now as well which is probably for the better in the long run, but can be disengaging in the meantime.
