Don't join as an experienced hire - the culture is very strong. Diversity and inclusion is espoused but practiced poorly. Difference is poorly tolerated. Very US centric. An American company operating internationally NOT a global company. Imposes US thinking, values and work practices. If you don't want to work in the US there are limited career opportunities.
