      Pros

      Great values that match well with the values I have personnally. Cargill is very respectful of employees personal needs and i have found them to be very accomodating.

      Cons

      Cargill is very conservative and can be bureaucratic. Things sometimes move much slower than they should with more analysis than necessary.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
