Diverse portfolio, beautiful campus, global opportunities, competitive benefit plans, privately held company is nice which gives it the flexibility to make changes without being driven by public opinion.
Cons
Slow to change despite privately held, flat organization, disconnected, ancient data and analytics, manages by consensus, does not value knowledge and experience, decisions made in a vacuum.
