      Pros

      As an intern I was in Charge of some pretty sweet project, never did busy work, and I learned a lot about underground room and pillar mining

      Cons

      Cargill only owns 3 Mines, so as a Mining Engineer there are not too many opportunities to advance as far as I would like

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
