      Employee has a lot of things to be proud working here. Good benefit. Great working environment. Work life balance. Work from home policy.

      Cons

      The only one thing is that food industry is not in good condition now. Business growth is not stable. Fierce competition. This lead to unstable performance bonus.

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
