Pros
If you are a minority, have a dual background (technical+MBA), have worked for a non-profit org. and love moving every three years at most then Cargill world is yours (more than 60 countries)
Cons
Cargill is a huge corporation so don't expect quick decisions but at least you will be listened to and have the opportunity to take part or even lead the transformation.
