Pros
they give good trainning, the employees are great... making a good working environment, very collaborative, good benefit package, 401k, flex time if needed.
Cons
your bonus does not depend on your performance, it is define arbitrarily. Promotions don't mean more money but just more responsability and workload. Promotions are not awarded to the best performer but to the most social employee. Salary is average to below. There are a lot of career opportunities but they are preassigned. (lot of favoritism)
