Pros
Huge company, global footprint, and many career opportunities in the HQ/ corporate offices. It was a lot of fun being part of such a large company that has a direct impact on the lives of many people around the world. The people are amazing, and work harder than many other places I've been.
Cons
There is a lot of change, seems like always going through a new initiative or a new leader wanted to do something different. Must be adaptable to constant change and shifting priorities. HR function is/was still going through change and many great talent left b/c they didn't believe in the new direction of the function. HR function lacked inspirational leadership.
