      Without a "mentor" you should not expect to go anywhere Once you're in, they prefer outside talent rather than internal candidates for open roles

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
