Pros
Small teams to work at. Friendly environment, people don't mess around and do their job. There are opportunities to grow. Work-life balance is ok. Good location in new business offices building.
Cons
Some of the mid managers have to learn how to train their employees better, so they can retain them. Office space is too small for all the people who work there and you end up working with no personal space around you.
