      Pros

      Stability (no boom and bust hire/fire cycles). Decent benefits. Safety first is really safety first. Lots of smart, hard working people. Ethical company.

      Cons

      Pay is bare minimum with 2.5% raises year on year. Very political (gotta know people and be likable). Minneapolis is HQ. Climbing the corporate ladder happens there.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
