Cargill is a great company, used to be greater. It's the school for commodity trading and risk management, If you are not in this field in Cargill then you are missing all the action. Top class methodology and approach towards market risk management and controls. Great insight into commodity markets and great connection with both origin and destination markets.
Cons
Has become too political and full of "claimed to be good processes".In reality those have killed entrepreneurial approach and good risk taking. Work-life balance is not easily achieved. Wasted time in political battles.
