Pros
Visibility to several businesses across Cargill, cross-functional opportunities, ethical, very helpful and knowledgeable people, promote from within, visible leadership who are open and honest, lots of volunteer opportunities to give back to the community, numerous groups for young professionals, women, ethnicities.
Cons
Very large company which can make it hard to push changes and corrections to Production in a timely manner since there is a lot of red tape and processes to follow. Currently going through a Global IT restructure which causes uncertainty and anxiety. Leadership promises to let us know what they know when they know it, but communication has been very poor and no new news when e-mails are sent.
