Pros
Good infrastructure and benefits. Chances to travel and meet/work with people from another culture. Good training opportunities.
Cons
They don't give you the chances you deserve. Ultimately you're just a number, a money expense. Even if you are well qualified and have superb performance, that won't get you an opportunity. They've proven people is not their priority even having stated it several times.
