      Great benefits and pension package. Well organised company. People are capable in their positions

      Cons

      Doesn't feel like a family. Too much work load. Some co-workers don't know what they are doing. People don't genuinely like each other

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
