      Great culture, great people. Humble but smart people all around. I met many of them working there for whole life! Amazing!

      Cons

      Very complicated company structure, no standard training or development process. Sort of entrepreneur spirit. Make sure you know what u want.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
