      - Lots of unpaid OT (for salaried) - Toxic Management - Unfair career movement rules - Too much involvement of work with personal life

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
