      Good exposure, good work life balance, and good benefits Good place to learn something although not as much as expected

      Cons

      Pay is a lot below industry peers for junior to mid level staff, lots of politics, values relationship much more than performance The structure of the firm is already fixed, so you will almost never move up unless someone leaves

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
