      Pay is decent compared to other companies.

      Cons

      Salaried positions will have you work 7 days a week. Calling and asking you to sign on at all hours of the day and on your days off.

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
