Weak management - Finished Oil Loader Cargill Employee Review

Backbiting coworkers who spend far too much time talking bad about each other. It's like they looked forward to seeing people fired. I worked there for 114 days. Never missed a day, was always early. Probationary period is 120 days. I was told my days off were Tues and wed. But found out in the hardest way possible that they had changed my days off to wed Thurs. I lost my job over a misunderstanding. I lost a job without notice and no way to support my family. They lost a good employee over their inability to realize when they had one. I would never work for this weakly managed company again.
