      Family friendly environment. Salaries competitive with market and they do not differentiate benefits whether you are local or not. Holds integrity high.

      Cons

      Change (and decision making) can take a while to happen. Not all insurance covers family members.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
