      Learning opportunities are great with massive exposure given the size of the firm and the various businesses it is involved in

      Cons

      Pay isn't the best, commodities is going through a downturn so that definitely affects performance of the company as well.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
