      Global organization, influential role in global agriculture/economy

      Cons

      Human Resources executive leadership is very disconnected from the HR team. They communicate very little and make not attempt to lead, guide and inspire the team. When they do communicate their actions contradict what they are saying to the team.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
