      work culture, work life balance, facilities like transport, food

      Cons

      no internal growth opportunities, 90 days notice period which they don't reduce even if you cry, no or very bad bonus, office politics, no support from senior management and HR

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
