      Pros

      The staff. The heart and soul of the company who took more pride in the product than upper management.

      Cons

      The HJ Suite. Never will you meet a bigger group of worthless overpaid executives. Ony highlight was when the company received an investment from one of the largest private equity firms and senior leadership immediately paid themselves a bonus, threw themselves a party but we still couldn't pay our drivers during payroll. Good times!

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
