      Great concept, apps easy to use, fun start up environment

      Cons

      Cargomatic aims to connect shippers with carriers. However, the carriers don't come back because they are offered very low rates; making them operate at a loss. Middlemen are stressed to answer to shippers on why their shipment cannot be delivered on time as promised. That plus the layoffs are an indication that there is not a lot of business anymore. Makes everyone nervous.

      Pros

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
