Pros
As a current employee, the environment is great, especially compared to other companies in this industry. The benefits and perks are a nice touch to match the culture as well. If you’re new to this industry or maybe looking for diversity for your knowledge in the industry, this is a great place!
Cons
Unfortunately, it seems really easy to get placed in a role and do more and more without compensation or advancement. There is a lot of employees that have a lot of experience, but its looked past or not utilized as well as it could be. If you have experience in this industry and like to be pushed and work towards mile stones, this wouldn’t be the best place to work.
