      Downtown Long Beach location. Good office culture. Competitive pay, fair benefits. Cool perks (stocked fridge, snacks, catered lunch 2x per week).

      Cons

      Work ethic of some employees is subpar. Management could be on the same page a bit better. Not clear who is in charge and what the company strategy is.

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
