The company is growing quickly and backed by tech investors so there’s defiantly money for the right people to drive innovation into an industry that needs upgrades. Managment is people focused, work life balance is highly valued, productivity is expected. Community of professionals. Marketing Lead generation, providing warm and cold leads. But I feel it’s better to hit the field to get face time.
Cons
Professionals only. This isn’t an entry level sales position. Experienced Sales Reps will thrive. The technology is good but obviously was designed by engineers, not user friendly focused, many opportunities for improvement that will undoubtably occur down the line. Sales calls are unorganized lacking structure, sales goals are tracked loosely. CRM focus takes time with data entry to maintain clear current data for investors.
