      There are some really good entry level people who work hard here...

      ... but the mid level management is literally abusive (verbally) with no checks and balances and runs with no interference from upper management.

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
