I have over 22 years in logistics and was recruited by Cargomatic in 2021. One of the reasons that I chose to sign on with Cargomatic is that it has given me the opportunity to work for members of its upper management team. I had worked with them when they were running another company and I found that they grew the business well and were committed to the welfare of their employees. They are good at recognizing talent and productivity and I anticipate that I will be given recognition based upon my performance on their behalf.
