      Very open environment with many opportunities to learn. The company is innovative and future focused. The culture in very diverse and it fosters my ability to think out of the box and feed my curiosity.

      Cons

      Having the feel of a start-up organization can sometimes leave a gap in processes and procedures. While being in a remote environment can sometimes limit co-worker connections.

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
