At first it’s a lot to take in to get ramped up. Now that I’ve been here awhile, it’s not so much at once. You have to be quick to learn and motivated to get your job done and not rely on others holding your hand. Sometimes, the workload seems intense again due to the timing of business needs and projects. It just ebbs and flows.
