      There is extensive training. Off-site classroom, self paced classes, an incredible people team willing to work with you to achieve your career goals and develop you.

      Cons

      Not so much of a con as you get what you put in. If you don't work and expect to be rewarded then you'll struggle, but if you put in the work there is a lot of professional fulfillment. Empowering you to engage.

      Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

      Cons

      Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
