Pros
It has been a month since I started, and with someone who does not have any knowledge about the logistics/transportation industry, here are my pros: The hiring process went smoothly from the beginning. You first meet with the Head of TA, the Director of HR, and your hiring manager. They also give you an Assessment test, which I felt was more personable than most places I have taken an assessment test for. Once I signed the offer letter and the background check process was completed, everything else happened so quickly. (They did mention that Cargomatic is a very fast-paced environment.) The welcome email gets sent out and provides you with all information to get you prepared for your first day as a new hire, I-9 verification, setting up to get your laptop, and setting up the necessary platforms to make sure everything is working before your first day, which I think was great. The whole process was fast and easy to follow, and when I had questions regarding the onboarding, everyone was very responsive and helpful. So far, everyone I have met has been so nice, very informative, and always wants to share their knowledge about the industry. I am very grateful to have a very supportive team.

I don't have any cons except that it is very fast-paced, and you will need to be ready and open-minded.
