-losing all its heart, its not about community connections and personality anymore -severe lack of leadership and communication from upper management to the stores -people are put into management positions with little to no training -hypocritical attitudes towards customers and "community building" (they claim thats what they're all about, but in practice we're basically told customers are just a number)
